All products carry a 15 day money back guarantee. Some products also have a manufacturer's warranty which extends beyond 15 days. If you received a product that is defective or damaged, simply return it to us within 15 days of your purchase and we will replace it or give you a full refund minus shipping charges. Items returned must be in NEW condition to be eligible for a refund. Items not in NEW condition will not be refunded or returned. Exceptions: · Items that sold "as is". · Items that appear to be intentionally broken or abused will not be replaced or refunded. If you need to return an item: If you need to return an item, you must contact us FIRST to request an RMA# (return authorization number) to include with your packaging. This helps us to identify where the package has come from. We reserve the right to cancel the order in the event item is no longer in stock. In case such thing happened, you will receive full money back. It is helpful to us if you include the following information when you request and RMA #: · Order Number · Name of Item · Reason for Return
